Valentina started drawing when she was eight years old. She is a very emotional and sensitive girl, and she loves for her artwork to convey intense emotions through expressions and poses that tell a story. She chose portrait art; she began with anime and now she is very drawn to realism. She loves watercolor, enjoys combining tones, and uses light and shadow to create depth and dimension. She is a girl who can spend hours and hours painting. She has thousands of sketchbooks filled with drawings

I believe Valentina is inspired by silence, in those moments when she is alone in her room and wants to express emotions and feelings. They are not always happiness—sometimes they are frustration, sometimes sadness—but she always feels them intensely, and through drawing she represents them.
