Shaylie has been exceptionally artistic since she was about 2. We knew she was different because she would stack books, coins, blocks, or anything else she could get her hands on in symmetrical, sculptural ways. By the time she was five, she was drawing things from multiple perspectives. She has a gift and can make art out of anything. She sculpted a dragon out of Babybel cheese wax!
Who or what inspires Shaylie to create?She is divinely inspired. She sees art in literally everything. She can't not do art.
What is Shaylie's favorite art form?Right now it seems like making high quality masks is her favorite. Therian type masks, foxes, wolves, cats, etc. She also has a gift for graphic design and goes back and forth between the two. She is always sketching or creating in some way.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like America’s Most Artistic Kid, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
