Learn MoreSarah's artwork is as wide and varied as the world will allow. She finds art her to be her method of comfort and relaxation. She uses her skills to create drawings wherever she can find the space. Graphite and paper decorate her room. The amount of sketch books she owns and has filled up is staggering. If there is a spare moment of time (in between being a great student, competing in academic teams, playing in multiple bands and working on her Scouts BSA Eagle Scout project) there is art!
Who or what inspires Sarah to create? As an artist, Sarah's inspiration mainly comes from her interests in band as well as her friends. She draws and paints her friends from photographs she took for yearbook class, marching band and more. Her favorite part about drawing her friends is giving out her drawings to them so she can see their reaction.
What is Sarah's favorite art form?Sarah uses many art forms, including graphit, oil and acrylic paints, watercolors, ink and sculpture tools such as clay, wood and wire. Her current favorite art form would be graphite or sculpture as they are what inspire her current entries into the various art competitions she has entered and won.
