Learn MoreRoan started sketching at a very young age and has experimented with creating comic books. Over the past couple of years, he’s started painting with acrylics. He also enjoys other crafts such as crocheting animals and clothing, paper mache, and watercolors. He’s mainly focused on realism and painting the beauty of nature.
Who or what inspires Roan to create?Currently, he is inspired by the Impressionism movement and is a huge fan of Claude Monet. He also takes inspiration from our coastal community in San Clemente, California. Also, he was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic at the age of 10, and he uses art as an outlet for his struggles and frustration.
What is Roan's favorite art form?Currently, his favorite art form is landscape painting. He is currently trying to get better at anatomy painting and drawing.
