Tell us about Raneem's artwork.

Raneem’s artwork is detailed, expressive, and very personal. She focuses strongly on emotion and uses art to show who she is and what she feels. Her pieces reflect her creativity and individuality. For her, art is more than just something she makes. It’s an escape and a way to turn her thoughts into something meaningful. Her artwork isn’t to impress others, but rather to inspire and create something beautiful in a world that she doesn’t feel always is.

Who or what inspires Raneem to create?

Raneem is inspired by Vincent Van Gogh and his emotional use of color. She loves the movement represented in his work. She’s also inspired by nature, everyday life, and her own experiences. Art gives her a way to express her thoughts and feelings visually.

What is Raneem's favorite art form?

Raneem’s favorite art forms or mediums are colored pencils and oil pastels because they allow her to blend, layer, and create vibrant work while keeping it expressive and personal. She also enjoys using oil paints, a medium she has just begun using.
