My child is a 7 year old girl who is a creative story teller both through visual art as well as verbally. She draws and paints whole worlds!
Thank you for supporting Noa in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Blood Cancer United and their mission to cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life of all patients and their families.
She has used lots of different materials: pencil, pen, marker, paint (watercolor + acrylic) on paper/canvas. She has used different types of modeling clay and recycle/natural materials to build sculptures and “worlds” for certain inanimate objects. Her art is “loose” which is very consistent with a precocious and creative first grade child filled with whimsy, character and humor. Nothing is too precious or exact, she is flexible and when something doesn’t work out or breaks she problem solves.
Who or what inspires Noa to create?Noa takes inspiration from her own inner and outer worlds. Frequent themes are her immediate family, including cat Pinot. As well as books, seasons, nature elements she finds and Judaism. Noa is inspired by her incredible teachers, classmates and her mom.
What is Noa's favorite art form?Drawing, mixed media creations and 3D forms.
