Tell us about Lucy's artwork.

The painting she submitted is her version of The Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh. She was learning about him in art class. Her teachers were very impressed with her talent and referred to art as “her happy place.”

Who or what inspires Lucy to create?

Lucy loves art because it comes naturally to her. She spends most of her free time sketching, drawing and painting. She also enjoys the performing arts and currently is part of a pre-competition team for ballet, tap, jazz, acro and gymnastics.

What is Lucy's favorite art form?

If she had to choose one, Lucy loves clay sculpture the most.
