Tell us about Leo's artwork.

She loves to draw, both on paper and digitally. She's a born storyteller - showcasing something funny or political or powerful through characters and imagery. She's constantly drawing and writing - I have 3 boxes of notebooks all filled to the brim with her artwork and is currently writing a novel. She's hungry for knowledge, always looking for new angles. She's taken so many classes and dreams of one day going to CalArts. Her work is whimsical, passionate, hilarious and always tells a story.

Who or what inspires Leo to create?

Passionately against AI, she strives to perfect her human-made style through consistent practice. Bob Ross, Over the Garden Wall, Alex Hirsch, Dana Terrace, Glitch Studios, Studio Ghibli, Cartoon Saloon, Keath Ósk, games like Silk Song, seeing other people create and inspire through their art and bravery to put themselves out there. "When other people are putting their heart into the creation of something amazing, it inspires me to want to create, too, and I want to help others do that, too".

What is Leo's favorite art form?

She's been diving into Studio Ghibli films and the Lord Of The Rings, even horror - Scream & FNAF lore, behind the scenes documentaries. Fascinated and inspired by the detail, passion and in-depth thought obviously going into every aspect of filmmaking, she sees it as thousands of artists all working together to create something incredible and she can see that work in every detail. To create; her current favorite art forms are writing comics, perfecting character poses and storytelling.
