Tell us about Hailey's artwork.

Hailey is an amazingly creative kid, and it certainly shows in all of her artwork! Whether she is doing an improv song/dance routine or a painting, she likes to puts her vibrant personality on the canvas, paper, or stage for everyone to see. She loves using vibrant colors that match her personality, working in different mediums, creating shapes and patterns, and learning new techniques from her wonderful art teacher, Anna.

Who or what inspires Hailey to create?

One of the first was actually Bob Ross! As a toddler, Hailey was playing with the remote and stumbled across the free Bob Ross channel on our TV. She was instantly transfixed, and would stand there and watch Bob in awe. Hailey is an amazingly observant kid with a wonderful ability to open her heart and mind and take inspiration from the world around her. She is also young enough where she is free of social pressure and cultural taboos, and truly seeks to create art that make her happy.

What is Hailey's favorite art form?

Painting is probably Hailey’s favorite medium, although she loves creating mixed media art using different paints, crayons, markers, jewels, and stickers. She has recently been having fun experimenting with pointillism and fractals, and when not creating visual art, you will likely find her creating her own song and dance routines! An artist through and through!
