His interests range from realistic nature to creepy sci-fi. His vision is out of this world! Sometimes it starts from a typical image (like the Snow White and Bashful coloring page below) that he changes into something uniquely his own…something shocking that has us all in awe and amazement. And other times he’s drawn to the beauty of the world and wants to capture what he sees or feels. He’s been dedicated to art and drawing since 4 years old and his passion only continues to grow at age 11.

Gavin is inspired by everything he sees and feels. He likes to take something basic and turn it into something no one has ever seen. He likes to surprise people. He likes to be inventive and original. His work is never ordinary. The pride, passion, and excitement that he exudes are his parents favorite things about art for him!

Drawing is Gavin’s favorite art form, especially with pencils and colored pencils. He draws when he’s happy, sad, mad, excited, inspired…it’s entirely therapeutic for him. But he loves to dabble in all forms of art. He has also built incredible sets out of LEGO bricks, some following instructions and some his own original work. His room is decorated from ceiling to floor with Lego sets. He has also created stop motion videos from these Lego designs.
