Learn MoreEmmaLee has such a range of talent that her artwork has always made me want to push her to do more! When she started drawing she loved to draw cartoon characters and she drew them just as good as the artist she was being instructed by. I knew she needed more of a challenge, so she started with realistic animals that she loved. And boom. That was it, she knew and I knew that her talent needed to be seen! Now it’s sketching every chance she gets and hours after school just drawing and practicing.
Who or what inspires EmmaLee to create?My daughter loves to draw almost anything! Her inspiration began when she saw the dreamworks movie How to Train your Dragon. She began by creating characters of her own, she would draw them in 3D cut them out and use them as decoration in her room by hanging them with clear string. Now that she is 12 her taste is changing into hyperrealistic art. I can’t wait to see what she can accomplish the more she works at her talent. If she were to win the contest, the money would be put into art school!
What is EmmaLee's favorite art form?Sketching and drawing with pencil is her favorite form of art. She took up rock painting, and drawing with paint pens. She is interested in learning to work with different dry media’s like charcoal, pastels, digital sketching, ink and pen or eraser drawings. The sky is the limit!
