Tell us about Ella's artwork.

She brings a notepad with her almost everywhere she goes. She does freehand pencil and then uses paint markers to color the pictures she likes. She draws a lot of people and sometimes everyday items like foods, etc.

Who or what inspires Ella to create?

Ella has loved to draw since she was a baby. She recently lost her mother and a baby sibling tragically and has really turned to her art as a form of expression. I think she is very self critical of her work but almost any doodle she does looks amazing to me. I see a lot of her mom, my sister in her portraits.

What is Ella's favorite art form?

Pencil sketching, paint markers and facial portraits.
