Delilah has an interesting way of expressing herself. Whenever she feels the need to pick up a brush, she puts her thoughts onto a canvas. It can be intricate or simple but her are always comes out with many deeper meanings that tend to have universal connections for all audiences.
Who or what inspires Delilah to create?Growing up, Delilah much like other kids tended to struggle with understanding, big emotions. After years of just drawing and sketching, she took it upon herself to challenge herself and create a painting with each stroke, intricate and unique able to add color or none at all she could use the colors to represent her emotions that she couldn’t quite do in a sketch.
What is Delilah's favorite art form?Delilah’s favorite art form is the expressive mental heath or “expressive art.” This kind of art can be related to universally to all kinds. Whether it’s kids or adults, we all have our struggles. Putting those battles onto a canvas is a form of relief and release.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like America’s Most Artistic Kid, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
