She has multiple running sketchbooks, portfolios, collections of artwork in progress and often revisits past work to add to or simply to gauge the evolution of her skill sets. Art for Bee is a non-negotiable - if she is awake she is creating something lovely for the sake of creating. As a real artist does.
Who or what inspires Bee to create?The world around her provides Bee with all of the inspiration she needs. A particularly beautiful flower, a landscape she noticed on a long drive, a cute dog she saw on the way home from school, everything is reference material for her and a chance to interpret the world around her through her own creative process. Art is everything to Bee.
What is Bee's favorite art form?Drawing is Bee’s preferred medium of expression and she is extremely versatile in the type of materials she uses - pencil, chalk, marker, charcoal, etc. .. if it can make a mark she’s going to make hers.
