My art work expresses a girl flying through the air jumping off a swing. She wants to know what it is like to fly through the sky with all the birds and clouds. She wants to know what it is like to look at the earth and sky from a different point of view. For years, she looked at the sky from down below on earth, she wanted to know what the sky and earth would look like from up above. It makes a difference when you look at things from a different point of view. "I am so glad I did that."

Azra often gets inspiration from within. As well from reading books including cartoons, and graphic novels. Animals, nature, and people often bring inspiration to her as well.

Azra does not limit herself to just one art form. She works with many art forms that inspires her ability to create.
