Learn MoreAnna's work is innate; it's her own unique style, without formal technique or rules. She hasn't received any instruction, and her work can be simple or complex, but she strives diligently to achieve her own kind of perfection.
Who or what inspires Anna to create? She's always with a pencil and paper in hand, trying to represent what her mind and soul inspire her to create, something she's constantly refining in her own way. It seems to me that she sees the world differently, where colors, shapes, light, and shadows communicate with each other, allowing her to represent them in her own unique world.
What is Anna's favorite art form? Her drawings are varied, ranging from geometric shapes with a single faded color to a realistic depiction of Stitch from the movie Lilo & Stitch. She also created a sunset with a lighthouse in acrylic paint; both of these pieces were chosen by the school for an exhibition of the best drawings. She made a poster for a class (a house drawn in pencil). She creates many sketches of faces, hands, and eyes.
