Who or what inspires Anna to create?Anna has had so many fantastic mentors over the years who have helped motivate and cultivate her love of drawing, starting with her babysitter, Miss Sam. Growing up there has always been a sketchbook and pencils in every room and in each car. Anna still draws wherever she goes. She’s inspired by people or interesting landscapes and the emotions they evoke. Just like with her dancing and stage performances, Anna creates pictures that are part of a story.
What is Anna's favorite art form?Anna appreciates many different art forms. But she prefers working with pencil and ink on paper. Anna also enjoys painting with watercolors and acrylics, especially landscapes. As she continues in her art journey, she’s looking forward to learning various drawing and painting techniques and other art forms, like mixed media and sculpture.
